Set on a marine base that takes "don't ask, don't tell" to new heights, Off Limits fully exploits its military theme. Casey Williams and Duncan Mills are on punishment duty, digging trenches in the hot sun under the watchful eye of manly military hunk Brock Masters. It seems Williams was stupid enough to make a pass at an MP at a bar. After the two "ladies" get into a knock-down-drag-out fight, the Sarge (an off-camera presence) relieves Masters, who goes back to the barracks for a shower.
    Back at the barracks, snoopy private Jeremy Brooks is indulging an underwear fetish by going through Masters' skivvies. He's almost caught when Masters returns from his shower. Brooks hides in the closet (heh-heh), spying on Masters as he slips into his army fatigues. You'll understand why Brooks feels the need to massage his growing hard-on as the camera ogles Masters' firm, muscular ass, low-hanging balls, and beefy bundle.
    Masters gets a letter from a fuck buddy (Richie Miso) stationed in Prague. In the letter, Miso talks about his sexual exploits with a group of young Czech military guys (Franco Gorgino, Vladam Velika, and Mikal Jante) at a bathhouse that's been deemed "off limits" to military personnel. Gorgino sucks Velika through a gloryhole while getting blown by Jante as Miso watches. We get to see both sides of the gloryhole action, including a nice view of Velika's tight butt while he's getting sucked off. We alternate between shots of the Euro-stud action, shots of Masters stroking his massive manmeat while reading about the action, and shots of Brooks spying on his military buddy from the closet.
    But this scene is only designed to wet our appetite. The action is coyly interrupted by Chip Daniels in a non-sexual cameo. Daniels gives Masters an order to take the Sarge's jeep to the service center for an oil change. Masters leaves, giving Brooks the chance to slip out with a pair of his undies.
    We rejoin the guys on punishment duty and see that Williams and Mills are ready to kiss and make-up (or should I say kiss and suck up?) under an outdoor shower. But once again we get another cock-block from Daniels, who nearly catches the guys in the act of sucking each other off. Daniels doesn't bother to ask, and they don't bother to tell.
    Masters continues to read Miso's letter at the garage, and we get to see Miso giving up his ass to the horny Czechs. This leads to a five-man orgy in a hot tub. Flashback to the garage, and we get a bottom's eye view of Masters when mechanic Brad Hunter rolls out from under the Sarge's jeep. Hunter fondles Masters' swollen package. There's an awesome POV shot when Masters whips out his dick, giving us a good idea of what it would be like to go down on this guy. Masters thinks about his buddy in Prague while enjoying the sensual hummer from Hunter, and eventually spooges on Hunter's face.

And, once again, Mills and Williams are assigned to punishment duty. But this time their buddy Masters has to join them.
    Off Limits is an impressive flick, shot in high classic porn style by director Chip Daniels. A must for fans of military action.
