This movie is all about the very fucked up things straight acting closet-cases do to their openly gay counterparts. Then newcomer Greg Ross stars as a gay rookie cop whose principles are tested when he finds out the "straight" cops he has to work with are sexually exploiting the young gay studs they find while working the beat.The music sounds like the score from Terminator 2, and the melodramatic storyline is way over the top. But the sex is sizzling hot with action best suited for lovers of tradey tops and uniform fetishists.
Greg's first partner (Donnie Russo) is a married cop who takes advantage of leather-clad male prostitute Hank Hightower. Russo lets Hightower keep his place on the street corner as long as he's willing to provide sexual favors. The hairy hustler goes down on Russo in an empty parking lot. Then he bends over and takes it up the ass.
The next scene goes off on a tangent with Marco Rossi playing a straight sailor on shore leave who hooks up with Greg's neighbor Damien. After downing a few beers, Marco gets a blowjob from Damien, who gives a nice spit shine to Marco's uncut meat. Marco is one of those "straight" guys who refuse to kiss, but he gives in after Damien threatens to kick his ass to the curb. The scene continues with Damien eating Marco's delicious bubble butt. Greg reports the incident to his superior (Zak Spears), but he's in for a nasty surprise. Spears doesn't believe him. This leads to one of the most convoluted porn sex justifications I've ever seen and a threeway between Spears, Ross, and Bradley. Spears makes Bradley eat Ross's ass. Then Ross and Bradley take turns sucking Zak's dick. After these three horny cops suck each other's dicks, Zak drops a messy wad all over Bradley's face and chest.
In the video's opening scene there's an opaque reference to a relationship Greg Ross had with a guy from back home. We see him jacking off to a picture of himself and Scott Baldwin. As solo scenes go, it's pretty good since Ross has a nice cock. The final scene explains this relationship.
In a flashback, buddies Ross and Baldwin get hard while looking at a girlie mag. Scott talks Greg into giving him some head, and then he rolls over and falls asleep after blowing his load. Eventually Greg takes advantage of the situation, sliding his neglected boner into that fine piece of ass. We can see how much Scott likes it. But after Greg pops his load and gives him a kiss, Scott jumps out of bed and cops a macho attitude, trampling any prospects of a future fuck buddy relationship.

Chi Chi LaRue--apparently working with a bigger budget--expands the cast and adds a flashier credit sequence to his follow-up to the acclaimed hit Total Corruption. Even though he jettisons the storyline from the original, he holds on to the tradey sex and corrupt cop theme--adding some jailhouse boffin' for good measure. As with the previous video, the hot sex makes up for plot deficiencies and wooden acting.
The opening scene finds big-dicked muscle stud Scott Randsome cruising in the park. Karl Bruno is the macho trick who goes down on Randsome after a mutual muscle grope. The blowjob sequence is tailor made for oral aficionados as Bruno gives Randsome a deepthroated hummer. Then Karl bends over and takes it up the ass before letting Scott shower him with jism.
Karl and Scott have barely finished when undercover vice cops Tom Katt and Blade Thompson bust them on a public indecency rap.
Blade enjoys harassing the queers so much, he says he'd be willing to do it for free--probably because it's an easy way to get laid. When this nasty little closet-case stakes out a public restroom, Asian cutie Jordan Young is the unlucky bastard who takes the queer bait. Next we have an overlong non-sexual sequence about the evils of police harassment. It features some pretty heavy-handed sermonizing and a cameo by Anita Cigar as a lesbian cop. Chi Chi's preaching to the choir with this one. We also meet Hank Hightower (the hustler from the original) as a homophobic police sergeant who wants to nail Scott Randsome to the wall in more ways than one.
Back in his cell, Scott meets a couple of hustlers (Vic Hall and Taylor Pirelli) and a young hunk (Adam Wilde) who's being held for parking violations. Adam goes down on Scott and Vic--taking both their cocks into his mouth at once--while Pirelli jacks off on the top bunk. A uniform cop (Hancock Blue) happens by and starts beating off while watching the group action.
Tom Katt goes cruising for gay sex and hooks up with a longhaired hustler (Shane Cannon) in an empty parking lot. Shane climbs into Tom's convertible and gives him a blowjob. Then they each jerk off to orgasm. Shane enjoys it so much he lets Tom keep his money.
The following scene doesn't quite work because the premise is just too damn implausible--even for porn. Scott tells Hank about a horny encounter in the park during an interrogation, and Hank gets so worked up he masturbates under the table. Hightower does get off a nice load though.
After Tom helps Scott break out of jail, we learn about an affair between a uniform police officer (Chris Dano) and the station's mechanic (Tony Brocco). Tony and Chris trade blowjobs under the hood of a car in the garage. Big, butch Tony eats Dano's ass, then he takes it up the butt. Dano ends up shooting a massive load all over the windshield.
The final scene catches up with Tom and Scott after the jailbreak. Scott looks handsome in a stolen police uniform. (Tom gave it to him so they could sneak out of the police station.) In conclusion...
As of this writing, both movies can still be purchased individually in the VHS format. However, this specially packaged DVD gives you both movies for the price of one. Considering the quality of these videos and the fact that they feature some of the hottest studs of the 1990s, that's quite a bargain. If you're a fan of Chi Chi or any of the actors in the cast, you'll definitely want to add this one to your collection.
