After some previews from the previous movie, Surrender picks up where its predecessor, Violation: Seized, left off.
    Bank robber Tanner Hayes nurses the wounds of his blindfolded hostage, Colby Taylor. A sponge bath leads to some mutual masturbation and a game of "I'll show you mine if you show me yours." Colby, in a textbook example of Stockholm Syndrome, is starting to have feelings for his captor.
    Out on a back road, Colby's unfaithful boyfriend, Jackson Price, hitches a ride from Caesar and his scruffy, but cute companion Justin Dragon, who looks like the kind of guy you might find at a truck stop. Caesar and Justin, it turns out, are two of the escaped bank robbers, and they're looking for a little action.
