The action is hit or miss in this voyeuristic fetish video. All the scenes are tied together by a common theme, but somehow it feels cobbled together from the remains of other videos. Each scene plays on the Peeping Tom theme. Sometimes the peeper doesn't get involved in the action and the scene falls flat as a result.
